Noodles & Company – Multiple Locations

Noodles offers several vegan dishes and you can add organic tofu to anything. The Japanese Pan Noodles and Spicy Peanut Saute are meatless and perfect with tofu. You can also modify other dishes like spaghetti, cauliflower rigatoni and more to be vegan. With a location in basically every side of town, you’re probably close to one of these. Hours vary, but they are generally open at least 10:30am-9pm (sometimes 10pm).

They offer catering and big pans of their noodle dishes as well.
