Falafel Guys

They offer several menu items that are vegan including falafel (appetizer or sandwich), pita, hummus, tahini, Israeli salad, cabbage, and pickles, grilled eggplant, french fries, rice, grilled veggies, lentil soup, carrots, taboulah, baba ganoush, pickles and olives, as well as the roasted eggplant salad. They have several items that are gluten-free as well, including the falafel.

Their restaurant is located in Theinsville, just outside of Milwaukee, but they also have a food truck which you may see in downtown Milwaukee.
