Riley’s Good Dogs

Food truck new in 2021 that sells hot dogs (both meat and plant based), along with some pretty amazing sides. Here are some details from the owners:

• Every build an item on the menu has a plant-based alternative or is already vegan. We have PB alternatives for all the meats and cheeses, but all of our sauces, including the Coney and Ranch sauces, are fully vegan for all of our customers.
• We use Field Roast Frankfurters for hot dogs, and Beyond Brats and Sweet Italians for the sausages. The vegan Swiss is from Daiya, the Mozz is from Follow Your Heart, and the Cheese Sauce is our own secret recipe ?
• We take cross contamination very seriously and strive to ensure that every vegan meal is 100% free of any oils, juices, or contact with any animal-derived products.
• All plant-based products are cooked in a dedicated chamber of our oven with grill pans engraved with a “V” to ensure that no leftover grease or oil is transferred during the cooking process.
  All animal-derived products are handled with RED tongs, all plant-based products are handled with BLACK tongs, and all plant based products are held behind traditional ones so that no drippings or drops contaminate anything vegan.
