“Buckatabon Tavern and Supper Club is inspired by the multi-generational, family-run restaurants in Wisconsin’s Northwoods, and will be opening in early March in Wauwatosa’s historic village.” While this supper club is pretty heavily meat-focused, there are a few options that can be modified to be vegan including the Forager Hash (w/o crema) and the curry cauliflower steak.
